Careers

Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CEIAG) programmes make a significant contribution to preparing young people for the opportunities, responsibilities, and experiences of adult life.

Our CEIAG programme is designed to be progressive from Year 7 to Year 11 [and Sixth Form], building essential employability skills and supporting students to make informed future choices at every key transition stage.

We aim to encourage high aspirations, challenge stereotypes, and empower students to consider a wide range of academic, vocational, and career pathways. Through high-quality careers guidance and tailored experiences, we ensure every individual is supported to make the most of their talents, achieve their full potential, and leave us fully prepared for life in an ever-changing world.
